I enjoy teaching yoga. It has been a passion of mine ever since that first rush of standing in front of people and watching as I guide them through movements and a connection of breath. Lately my kick has been Shiatsu Yoga, which I have been teaching for years now. It involves a lot of self care which I have also learned by taking care of my own body. As with all yoga we use our breath to connect our body with our mind through movement and awareness.
