Relax your breath into your stomach and feel the wave of air coming from deep within and filling the rib cage gently separating the ribs with energy as your shoulders melt like hot summer butter on a picnic table. Gently push out that last bit of air on your exhale and feel your core engage. Now relax and feel the inhale into the belly happen naturally and continue to fill the belly with air.
